Our work is primarily based on CliftonStrengths by Gallup, though not exclusively. We are the only dedicated Institute for Strengths Orientation in the German-speaking world, offering individual coaching, team coaching, workshops, and keynotes for private individuals and organizations alike.

Please note: our website and public materials are primarily in German, as our main focus is the German-speaking region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
